Dear Ms. Fenton:
I want to thank you and the many people who collaborated and contributed to the end of the year holiday party for children at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. Patients from the general pediatric and pediatric neurology clinic attended.
In addition to delicious treats to eat, each child received a gift which had been donated. The children were delighted with the food and entertainment provided by a clown dressed as Elmo.
I want to thank you and all the people who volunteered to make this second annual event a success.
